Any and all use of the site and/or its contents, including copying or storing it in whole or in part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is strictly prohibited without the prior written permission of sleepythingsTM Orders placed on-line are accepted after initial security checks and are subject to secondary checks. All transactions will be undertaken via secure servers in association with PayPal. PayPal are responsible for all credit card transactions via www.paypal.co.uk. Payments are made in Pounds Sterling. “SleepythingsTM” reserve the right to change the payment terms at any time. If these change when you have placed your order then we will notify you, advising details of the change and you can either cancel your transaction or accept the alternative. Your order may not be accepted if the item is unavailable, if your payment is not authorised, if we have reason to believe the transaction is fraudulent or suspicious or a product is priced or described wrongly. Goods are subject to availability. If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. We cannot guarantee that the colour shades or garment details or prints depicted in our photos are exact or accurate due to the unique nature of our clothing, the limits of digital photographic technology and individual monitor settings. However we do offer a no-risk guarantee should you not be happy. Please see our Returns Policy for further details. Whilst we endeavour to provide accurate prices and descriptions, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of the goods you have ordered we will notify you and give you the option of reconfirming or cancelling your order. Your acceptance of delivery requires a signature by an adult over the age of 18. We will take reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and credit card secure. However, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorized access to your information. The contract between us shall be governed by the Law of England. We will indicate acceptance of your order and a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. Returns Policy You may for any reason cancel your order, at any time before the goods are despatched, or within 7 working days from receiving the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Items will be refunded in full, providing they are returned undamaged, with their original packaging and within the 7-day period. We cannnot refund any monogrammed or any custom made products. Any postage/shipping costs incurred by you in returning the product to us, are non-refundable. Complaints will be responded to quickly and certainly within 5 working days. Shipping And Handling Shipping will be by post, we aim to have your purchases to you within 4 business days, but please allow up to 14 days for delivery. We do not currently provide shipping outside of the United Kingdom. Privacy Policy In accordance with the Data Protection Act, SleepythingsTM will not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment.
